The Issue:
Insulators located near or inside rock quarries, construction sites, and cement plants may accumulate deposits of lime or cement. These kind of materials can produce hard, crusty, thick layers on the surface of insulator. When such accumulations are slightly wetted, & leakage currents flowing on the surface of insulator could be trapped along the contaminant or insulator interface and hence high temperatures may erode or degrade the surface of weather-shed.

The property of those cleaning agents vary extensively and they may / may not be soluble in water. Hence cleaning by soft organic is needed. Why Neutralizer is necessary (Preventing technique from rust)

Debris & dust collection on Insulator takes nitrogen from surrounding areas and from nitric acid which is responsive for rust/corrosion. It could attack the jacketing, the underlying equipment or piping or the insulation hardware. This depends on on other factors, galvanic, & chloride, acidic rust may take place. Hence neutralization with this chemical is required after cleaning dust of cement with INCLEAN-WXR.

How to apply or use:
Dilute INCLEAN-SCN in clear water in 1:3 / 1:4 ratio and thereafter apply with simple cotton fabric. Rinse softly. It will also eliminate carbon substance. Then, apply plain water & wet.

Safety or Precaution measure needed:
No specific precaution is needed. It is a very safe and non hazardous or non poisons chemical.

Storage: Keep in sealed large pet bottle. Keep in a dry & Cool place, and keeps away from direct sunlight.

Action: If any hazard happens then wash with clear water simply.

Fire and Explosive hazard data: Non Flammable or Non Explosive.

Packaging Standard packing: 35Ltrs and 210ltrs in blue PET carboys. Moreover, Non standard packing is accessible with little additional cost.
